Training for a marathon. Gaining the Vibe

Today is the day, the first day of intense exercise in over two years.

Why would I be doing this you may ask? Simple answer to beat my friends.

This blog will document the days leading up to the event, you will follow my exercises I complete for the day, my diet, my emotions, the stress that will be caused and the rifts that form in friendships.

The marathon in question is the Gold Coast marathon, held annually in Australias always sunny (note. rains for days on end) Queensland. I think its for charity or something more info about it if you care can be found at
